Creating a Project

1 - In your Hub, click on New CollabStudio and select NDP Project.

2 - Fill in the project creation form, including a title, description, and the participating institution(s).

3 - If the project is funded, select Yes to add lead investigator and funding organization information.

4 - Click Set up Project.

5 - Click Add a Group.

6 - Provide a name for your group. Avoid special characters and date formats, as this name will be used to create a shared storage folder in JupyterHub.

7 - Enter your email and the emails of other group members (you’ll need at least one registered partner). If any email is not registered, an error will appear.

8 - Click Add group to save it. You can edit group members later if needed. Also, you can add multiple groups.

9 - Click Add a Workspace to add workspaces to the project.

10 - Click Save Project to finalize your project setup.

11 - After the project is launched, any member of the project can open it and add additional workspaces within the group they belong to. T
