Planned LandUse

SANDAG prepares a regional forecast every four years to support long range regional planning objectives, The existing SANDAG Land Use data is used as the foundation for building the planned land use data.The land use codes are developed and maintained by SANDAG, and reflect a crosswalk of data from mulitple jurisdictions consolidated into these codes for planning purposes. Adjacent parcel polygons with the same land use have been aggregated (dissolved) into a single feature.
