SCE Primary Distribution Lines

Southern California Edison (SCE) provides data on its electrical facilities through their Distributed Resources Plan External Portal (DRPEP). DRPEP is home to SCE's Distribution Resource Plan (DRP) related information supporting SCE's efforts to support customer use of clean energy technologies, streamline the interconnection process and help California meet its clean energy goals. As described in the Rulemaking 14-08-013 issued in February 2015, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) required SCE and other utilities to publish a DRP by July 1, 2015. In the final guidance for the completion of the DRP, the CPUC ordered each utility to perform what is referred to as an Integration Capacity Analysis (ICA) for each line section or node in the distribution system and to perform the Commission-approved Locational Net Benefit Analysis (LNBA) methodology in their distribution systems.
