Measuring Lake Michigan Coastal Erosion, WI 2020

This lidar dataset was collected as part of an NCALM Seed grant for Collin Roland at the University of Wisconsin. This study used airborne lidar to assess Lake Michigan coastal erosion by measuring the geomorphic response to extremely high lake levels. The study area is along the coast of Lake Michigan, east of Milwaukee, WI and covers approximately 28 km2.Publications associated with this dataset can be found at NCALM's Data Tracking Center
