Mapping ParFlow-CONUS Grids to HUC

USGS Hydrologic unit codes have been mapped to the ParFlow-CONUS1 and ParFlow-CONUS2 grids. This mapping generally respects the boundaries provided in the USGS shape files however small adjustments were made to ensure that the watershed boundaries align with topographic boundaries in the ParFlow-CONUS1 and ParFlow-CONUS2 domains.
