creationMethod <p>Original daily weather data were downloaded from the California Irrigation Management Information System (CIMIS) web portal (<a href="https://cimis.water.ca.gov/?utm_source=chatgpt.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://cimis.water.ca.gov/</a>) for Station #80 (Fresno State). Data spanning 2010–2014 were exported through the CIMIS online interface as CSV files, concatenated, and minimally cleaned for formatting consistency.</p><p>The processed dataset was then uploaded to an S3 bucket and registered through the National Data Platform for use in the F3 Innovate Frost Risk Forecast Data Challenge.</p>
